I launched White Glove Elite Cleaning Services, because of necessity. I had started a cleaning company called Interior Images that I grew to be the leading cleaning company to the Detroit Red Wings and other Execs in Michigan. After many years, I sold the company and moved to Texas to be closer to family. Over the course of 15 years, the scope of my life changed, but one thing didn’t, My passion for my work. I took a break from residential cleaning to enjoy my family, however life had other options. Like a lot of women in their middle age, my husband decided that he would like to try something a little younger for size. I found myself looking in the mirror saying “You can do this”. It is time for me to grow what I do well into an amazing company. A company that promotes women and men that may be widowed, single parents, etc. Our company empowers women and men to reach for the stars and offers our employees a sense of ownership and accomplishment. It is important to note that we hire indiscriminately. I have a soft spot for people that remind me so much of myself. My belief is that a company that makes an employee feel accomplished will have the best employees, not only for the company in which they work, but also for the families and companies that see the results in their work everyday.

Every employee we hire goes through an extensive hiring process including background checks. It is very important to us to hire employees that want to move and grow within the company.
